Dr. Bruce Hoyle has been in the practice of Phlebology for over 35 years. He has performed thousands of vein procedures over his years as a vein specialist and is board certified in Family practice, Phlebology and Sports medicine. His care and vision have improved the lives of his patients and their families.
Comprehensive Vein Procedures Ambulatory Phlebectomy, Endovenous Laser procedures, Venous Sclerotherapy, Spider Veins, Varicose Veins. He was the first to perform endovenous laser ablations.
Well Educated Phlebologist Dr. Hoyle was an undergrad at the University of Western Ontario in 1975, attended medical school at the Schulich School of Medicine, University of Western Ontario in 1979, did his internship at the Royal Columbian Hospital in 1980 and his residency through McMaster University in 1992. He also attended the Diplomate American Board of Lymphatic & Venous Medicine which he completed in 2008.
Accomplished Author and Awards Recipient Dr. Hoyle published the New Treatment for Vein Disorders article at Chapman University. Is a member of the HealthGrades Honor Roll and speaks English, Chinese Mandarin and Spanish. Lectured at the American College of Phlebology, appeared on the TV show Health Matters, is a consultant for the VA in Long Beach and a reviewer for the Medical Board of California.
In his Personal Life He is a Canadian transplant from Toronto, has a medical degree from the University of Western Ontario, Lives and works in Orange County for most of his career and holds an MBA from UC Irvine. He loves to make wine, road bike, sail, hike and golf. He has climbed Mt. Rainer, skied in Alaska and cycled the Southern Alps in New Zealand. He is an advanced scuba diver who has dived in Fuji and the Galapagos Islands.
